Okay, I've actually run a couple of times in the past month, but I didn't clock it. Got sick the day after that last recorded run and was out for almost a week. Then got sick again the following bloody week. When you have a chronic illness, it can knock the wind out of you, not to mention throw your routines off-balance, but hey, you get back on track as soon as you're healthy. I've made the mistake in the past of letting setbacks get the best of me, so "recovery" ends up being a weeks-long process, and then it takes months to get back up to speed. Argh.

Legs a little sore in the end, but otherwise great run overall. Not bad considering I haven't sleep well the last week or so. Too much Battlestar Galactica in the brain! I've been averaging 5-6 hours a night, which is at least 3 hours short of what I desperately need. But maybe getting back into running will help. Yay me!
