Baaaad sleep last night. Got a phone call in the middle of the night, then it was pretty warm and humid. It was soooo hard to get up this morning!
Still, pretty good workout, based on the time. Most of my thoughts focused on my form and keeping a good pace so that I didn't end up with positive splits. Surprised myself by maintaining both pace and form, even on the hills. I tried keeping a steady pace or even increasing it while doing hills, then recovering at the usual pace at the crest and downhills. Not bad.
Breakfast: 1/2 granola, 1/2 Almond Flakes, 1 cup plain kefir, 1 cup orange juice.
Tuesday:
Breakfast: medium cafe au lait w/ skim milk, whole grain bagel with cream cheese.
Lunch: PB&J on toasted wheat bread; 5-6 unsalted crackers w/ PB&J; bowl of 1 small sliced banana, 1 small diced nectarines and handful of semisweet chocolate chips.
Dinner: 3/4 of a Totino's Canadian Style Bacon pizza with sauteed garlic, onions and green peppers; more unsalted saltine crackers than I should have eaten. :-)
