Great day. Started out as a tempo run, but B. found the pace too difficult, so we slowed slightly to an easier pace. Still managed a nice pickup near the end at about 1:30 and finished strong. Yay, us!

Breakfast: homemade whole-grain blueberry scone; half-glass of organic chocolate milk; 1 scrambled egg with red pepper flakes. 1 small cafe au lait w/ skim milk.
Lunch: small slice spinach quiche; 3/4 cup white rice; 1 medium corn with 1 T butter and salt. Chopped nectarine, sliced medium banana with 2 T dark chocolate shavings.
Dinner: 2 small homemade lentil enchiladas with cheddar cheese+green salsa.
