Eek! I knew it was humid from the film of moisture that formed on my skin within minutes after I left the house, but 80%? No wonder I was struggling. I didn't think I was running that fast, but this was definitely a bit of a workout. Still, I was able to pick up the pace for about 30-40 seconds on the Cortland stretch, as well as the final 1:30. Not bad, especially considering how poorly I've been eating the last coupla days. I can't figure out if I was just stressed out yesterday, or if it was because my period was coming up, or what, but I just couldn't stop eating. I just wish I craved healthier foods!
Only slept about 5.5 hours last night. Ugh. It's a wonder I was able to get out this morning.
Breakfast: Homemade whole grain blueberry scone; half glass OJ; Monterey Jack cheese stick.
