Yeah, I gained 2 lbs. I attribute half of that to running too little (only 3 days) and eating too much, and the other half to the fact that I'm getting my period next week, so I've been gaining water weight. Ugh.
9 hours of sleep last night. Woo hoo! Good quality sleep, too.
Great run this morning with B. Will have breakfast at Main Street Bagels, maybe a bagel with cafe au lait. Yum.
