Yay, me! Shaved off 15 seconds from my pace earlier this week. I guess that's what getting 8+ hours of sleep will do to ya.
I thought I'd add the cross-training part of my workout as well in the above stats. I used to do 25 pushups, but having been -- ahem -- a little off my workout, I'm working my way back up to it.
